Rio las Palmas senior living community Five Star Senior Living commisisioned DCA to design an extensive remodeling and expansion to Rio Las Palmas Senior Living Apratments. Located in central Stockton, this three-storey facility was due for interior as well as exterior upgrades. Exterior improvements consist of new landscaping, courtyards, water features and additional parking. Interior improvements include a new water feature, updated finishes, furniture, lighting, artwork, two expanded and remodeled dining rooms, and a modernized kitchen serving area. The elevators and restrooms were updated to current accessibility standards. Special attention was given to all finishes and furniture to ensure suitability for resident's specials needs. Durability, recycled content, and non-toxic materials were all chosen to help create a pleasant and healthy atmosphere. The finished result has been highly praised by facility staff, residents and visitors.
